1. HOSTING - We will need to access the CPanel located in your hosting provider. Please indicate your hosting provider and all the login information. (i.e. Godaddy, Amazon or Justhost etc.)..
2. If you have FTP information already available please provide this also, otherwise we will create a new FTP via the C-Panel.
3. Ensure that [email protected] has admin (read, write and edit) access to your Google Analytics account.
